These terms cover the revisetouch.com website and the ReviseTouch products linked from it. If a product’s licence or terms of use conflict with this text, the product’s licence applies.

Scour

Instant file search for Linux, alpha. Open source, under the MIT and Apache-2.0 licences. The source code and licence texts are on GitHub.

Snipdeck

Screen snipping and OCR for Windows and Linux, beta. Open source, under the MIT licence. The source code and licence texts are on GitHub.

3. Beta and alpha software

Deste (beta), Scour (alpha), and Snipdeck (beta) are at an early stage: features may change and there may be bugs. Try important documents and files on copies and check the result. Because your files never reach our servers, we cannot recover them for you; keep your originals.

4. Warranty and liability

The site and products are provided “as is”, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the products. For open-source products, the licence’s disclaimer of warranty applies.

5. Using the site

Don’t use the forms for automated sign-ups, signing up on someone else’s behalf, or putting excessive load on the site.

6. Site content

The text, screenshots and design of this site belong to ReviseTouch. Documents and names shown in screenshots are made up for illustration and do not belong to real people or organisations.

7. Newsletter

How the details you give in the newsletter and announcement forms are stored is described in the Privacy notice.

8. Changes

If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
